A note from the founder
We started in a single bay off East Main Road.
I spent nine years on the buying side of independent beauty before opening Al Jarash in the fall of 2019. The category had quietly outgrown its old distribution — indie founders were doing the most interesting work, but small retailers couldn't get consistent fills, honest minimums, or anyone who'd actually answer the phone. So we built the kind of supplier we wished we had.
Five years on, we're still a small team in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. We hand-pick every line we carry. We write our own ship dates. And we still answer the phone.

A dedicated rep walks you through the current portfolio, brand minimums, intro pricing, and seasonal launches — then assembles a first-order recommendation tailored to your floor.

Reorder on Net 30
Approved accounts ship on Net 30 terms. Standard orders leave our Portsmouth warehouse in 48 hours via UPS Ground, FedEx, or palletized freight for larger programs.
