Shipping & Returns

Lead times

Standard wholesale orders for in-stock items leave our Portsmouth warehouse within 48 business hours of confirmation. Custom-label amenity programs typically ship within 14 business days from artwork approval.

Carriers

We ship via UPS Ground and FedEx Home for parcel-sized orders, and palletized LTL freight for orders over 150 pounds. Larger amenity programs can ship on customer-owned freight accounts.

Damages

Report any damaged goods within five business days of delivery. Send a brief description and a photo to contact@aljarash.com and we will issue a replacement or credit within five business days.

Returns

Unopened, retail-condition stock is returnable for thirty days minus a 10% restocking fee. Tester units, sale items, and custom-label amenity goods are not returnable.

International

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. For Canadian orders, customs duties and brokerage are the responsibility of the buyer.
