- Licensed retailers, spas, salons, hotels, B&Bs, gift shops, concept stores, subscription boxes, and esthetician programs operating in the United States.
- What we need
- A copy of your resale certificate or business license, your shipping and billing addresses, and a short description of your store or program.
- Opening minimum
- First order minimum is $500. Reorder minimum is $200. Some specialty brands carry their own per-brand minimums (noted on the line card).
- Payment terms
- Credit card on first order. Net 30 terms available on approval after the first order ships and clears.
- Lead times
- Standard orders leave our Philadelphia warehouse in 48 hours. Custom amenity programs and private-label runs are 8–12 weeks.
- Shipping
- UPS Ground, FedEx, or palletized freight. Free parcel shipping over $500 within the continental U.S. International on request.
- Returns
- Damages and shorts reported within 5 business days. Approved returns within 14 days. Full policy on the Shipping & Returns page.
- Exclusivity
- We protect partner brands within zip code radii on a case-by-case basis. Talk to your rep about your trading area.

Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes. Continental U.S. via parcel and freight. Hawaii and Alaska on request — freight surcharge applies.
Are you on Faire?
We're not currently listed on Faire. We work directly so we can hold consistent pricing and protect partner brands.
Do you support Amazon resellers?
No. To protect brand equity and minimum advertised pricing, Al Jarash does not sell to Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplace resellers.
Can I visit before I open an account?

What's the average lead time?
Standard orders ship in 48 hours. Custom programs run 8–12 weeks.
Do you offer marketing collateral?
