Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aljarash.com (the "Site") and the wholesale purchase of products from Al Jarash Distribution LLC ("Al Jarash"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Site and our wholesale services are intended for businesses with a valid resale certificate or business license. By submitting a wholesale application, you represent that you are authorized to bind your business to these Terms.

2. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Approved accounts may be eligible for Net 30 payment terms. Late balances may accrue a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

3. Shipping, risk, and title

Shipping methods and lead times are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and damages

Damaged goods will be replaced or credited within five business days of notice. Unopened stock is returnable for thirty days minus a 10% restocking fee. Custom-label and special-order items are non-returnable.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by Al Jarash or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Jarash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Site or any purchase.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Newport County, Rhode Island.
