Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern wholesale orders placed with Al Jarash Beauty Supply Co. ("Al Jarash"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Accounts are limited to licensed retailers, spas, salons, hotels, and other commercial businesses with a valid resale certificate or business license. We do not sell to Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplace resellers.

2. Orders & minimums

First-order minimum is US$500. Reorder minimum is US$200. Brand-specific minimums apply and are noted on the line card.

3. Pricing

Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at order acknowledgment.

4. Payment

First orders ship on credit card. Net 30 terms are available on approval. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month, or the maximum permitted by law.

5. Title & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the common carrier (FOB Origin), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Minimum advertised price

Certain partner brands impose minimum advertised price (MAP) requirements. By placing an order for those products, you agree to comply with the applicable MAP policy.

7. Damages, shortages, returns

Damages and shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.

8. Warranties & liability

Products are sold "as is" except for warranties expressly provided by the manufacturer. Al Jarash's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
