Shipping & Returns

Lead times

Standard parcel orders leave our Philadelphia warehouse within 48 business hours of order confirmation. Custom amenity programs and private-label production run 8–12 weeks.

Carriers & methods

Parcel: UPS Ground and FedEx Ground. Freight (LTL): R+L Carriers, ABF, and Estes for palletized shipments. Same-day order cutoff is 1:00 PM ET, Mon–Fri.

Shipping costs

Free parcel shipping on orders over US$500 within the continental United States. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at order acknowledgment. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipments are quoted on request.

Damages & shortages

Inspect every order at delivery. Report damages or shortages within 5 business days of receipt to shop@aljarash.com with photos and your packing slip. We'll arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Returns

Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable

Custom-branded amenity goods, private-label runs, opened testers, and any item marked "final sale" on the line card.

International orders

Canada and EU on request. Documentation, duties, and brokerage are handled in coordination with the buyer. Contact shop@aljarash.com to start an international quote.
